School Sports and Physical Education Programs
Our schools Sports and Physical Education Program has the following components:-
•Gymnastics
•Motor Skills Development
•Minor Game Skills Development
•Major Games Skills Development
•Dance: Traditional folk, Latin and Ballroom
Gymnastics
In addition to developing gymnastics’ skills and physical fitness, participation in the gymnastics program gives students body confidence and promotes self esteem. As their skills progress, they become increasingly confident in their physical abilities. This confidence often spills over into other areas of their life, improving their performance in many areas.
Our instructors are qualified professionals. Before each session, instructors ensure each child warms up and stretches muscles properly to avoid injury and to focus on overall conditioning rather than just mastering gymnastic skills. Our instructors strike the right balance between challenging the students to strive for improvement while keeping the focus on fun.
